Embarking on the Journey

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to The Everyday Dollar blog. My name is Rachel and I am the creator of this blog. My goal with this blog is to provide you with helpful content for your personal finance journey. Your relationship with money will be one of the most important relationships in your life, so it’s necessary for us to be educated on how we can can engage with our finances in ways which are authentic, productive, and compassionate.

I don’t have all the answers, but I’m willing to learn, to ask questions, and to share with you what I find. And I ask and encourage you to do the same. This is a journey with many destinations, but we have to begin. Some of our mountains are bigger than others. Some of our paths are rougher than others. Some of our paths have more detours than others. But that’s the nature of journeys, they’re different for everyone, but what they all have in common is that someone made a decision to make a choice. To take a step onto a path. You just have to keep moving on your path.
